Look what I made!

Advanced copies of my book have arrived from the enchanted land of China, and yesterday morning I had my first gander at the finished product. Look how it glistens in the smoldering California sun!

Here’s another illustration from the book. The gent in the foreground is Sam, the lonely projectionist of the abandoned drive-in movie theatre.

Yep, it’s through a San Diego based publisher. If you’re interested in buying a copy, you can check out the Red Cygnet Press home sight. In a couple of weeks, as the release looms near, I’ll be posting some links to other places where you can pick up a book.

Thanks for the interest.

Yeah, if any ones interested in getting a hold of a copy, you can preorder it now on the Red Cygnet Press home sight. I'll be setting up some links in October when the book actually goes on sale.

Alexei, you should be able to buy the book on Amazon.com this October, if you’re interested.

Thanks Elliot, but I really think of myself more as a man-child then anything else.

Greg, this young sir lost his head a long time ago, and I’ve been searching for it ever since.

Wow, that's fantastic! I can really see the awesomeness beaming out from your new book!:D
I'll say it again, I really dig your style. Great composition and focal points in the dinosaur image.

Have a great weekend,

Hans

Pickledog, you can order it online--Amazon.com, or the Red Cygnet Press sight. That would probably be the easiest route.

Yep Chicken Gal, gotta love that glossy paper, it makes everything look so damn fine!

Thanks Donnachada!

Hans, those aren’t beams of awesomeness, their horrifying death beams—like the Ark from Indiana Jones, the second you open its mystical pages, your skin will melt, and your eyeballs will fall out. And that my freind is a promise!

It's a creat composition. I really feel sorry and sad for the dinosaur. I know the lost character concept has been done before - but your art captures it so simply and perfectly. Thanks for posting it to see.
