Some more conceptual work from the Blackbird book. This one smells like a secondhand book store. So kickback and have a read while the smell of antique books, cat hair and ancient dust slowly chokes the air around you!

Oh, and while your at it, check out the new official Red Cygnet Press blog. There you can find posts from me and some of the other authors and illustrators.

  5. I used to have that book. The ending wasn't very good but I liked the cover and the little illustrations at the beginning of each chapter.
    Good stuff.

  11. Thanks Mr. Craig.

Himavant, never really thought of my work as retro, but it’s a nice compliment.

Right you are Jared, and what about the pipe smoke-- the used bookshop in my hometown always reeks of it!

I agree Jeff, the ending was rather rotten.

    Thanks Duncan

Well said Hans, I know exactly what your talking about.

Yeah Brian, I want my damn book back. Lets not make this uglier then it already is!
